Something Lost, Something Gained: Yoga to the music of Joni Mitchell

In the winter months the self care our bodies and minds all crave is often in short supply. Indulge in your want to slow down and do less with this restorative yin practice set to soothing live music.

This gentle practice will be suitable for beginners, experienced students, and especially beneficial for those with some stress in their lives. Postures will focus on relieving tension and bringing ease into our low back and hips while the accompanying music will help calm the mind and uplift the spirit.

This collaborative workshop is taught by Tori Lunden with live music performed by Kate Blechinger.
