Yoga Nidra is a guided meditative journey through the layers of our being. (physical, energetic, mental/emotional, intellectual/wisdom, bliss) It is a systematic guided method of meditation.
Through direct experience with each of these layers, in a deeply relaxed state, you are able to transcend your conscious mind and access your sub-conscious... which allows you to release stored programs and belief systems that you no longer need. You will also connect deeply into the wisdom and truth of your heart revealing pathways for effecting lasting change in your life.
