Join is for an afternoon of practice - simply opening and allowing the present moment to unfold naturally and develop awareness of what is happening.
Come and sit with community, expanding our common interest of compassion, understanding and ease within the heart and mind.
This afternoon of meditation will be offered by Dana or generosity of the Heart This is a special time to expand our practice to include giving willingly from our highest intention.

Kat has been exploring meditation since 1997. Recently she has sat an annual 3 month silent retreat and continues to be guided by her core teachers. She has been teaching both Yoga and Meditation at Shanti Yoga Studio since 2007, and has a voracious love of dark chocolate!
