Mindfulness: Embracing Now

Join us for an afternoon of sitting Meditation, loving presence and relaxation. The art of Mindfulness is learning to be with life as it is, riding the waves of change - thoughts, feelings and emotions -  with ease and openness. We will explore how to embrace all aspects of ourselves and life, resting in silence and contemplation.


Offered in the spirit of Dana, Generosity:

In the Buddhist tradition, the teachings are given freely because they are considered priceless; in the Buddhist tradition we also practice dana, or generosity, by making monetary offerings for the teachings. Dana is not payment for goods or services rendered; it is given from the heart. Your generosity is a gift that supports not just the teachers, but also the Sangha, and your own practice.
