Align & Refine creates the building blocks for a long-lasting yoga practice. Based in a biomechanical understanding of the body, you will learn how your body is designed to move and explore ways to integrate it into your existing yoga practice, no matter what style. 

Not all yoga is created equal and much of what we do in popular yoga classes can actually create more wear and tear on joints and deepen chronic misalignments. By focusing on the interconnectedness of the whole body, Align & Refine will re-pattern the way you move in yoga and most importantly, in your daily life. Each class will reawaken your core, improve strength, balance, and range of motion.

Mindfulness Meditation

Embrace the present moment through breathing exercises. Train your mind to induce a mode of consciousness to reach inner peace.


Vinyasa Flow

  • Thurs: 5:30p

A slower version of a vinyasa flow class, loosely based on the Ashtanga system.  Breaking down postures and giving more instruction.

This class will appeals to the person who desires to become fit.   A moderately challenging physical routine.  Postures can be modified to suit the practitioner's level of skill. Though this practice may be more challenging, function over form is emphasized, we take special care to make sure everyone is practicing in a healthy and supportive way.
